Return & exchange policy?
All orders placed online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read carefully before placing an order to ensure there aren’t any mistakes.
Lost or damaged orders?
All orders are handled with care before shipping out. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged please contact the carrier company to have it resolved.
Changes or wrong address?
You have up to 24 hours to make changes to order
However, once Your order has been processed and shipped changes can no longer be made
If package has been sent back to us due to invalid address you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend package.  

Fraud, Fake “unauthorized transactions”or disputes
In the event that any customer receives their package and then files a fake dispute, fake “unauthorized transactions” or create any fraudulent activity online you will be reported to the FTC department where they will conduct an investigation & have you pay the penalty. 
How long can the wighat last?
With proper care the wighat can last up to 2 years 
Are the hats authentic?
Yes, all hats are 100% authentic 
Can we request a custom order?
 Yes, for all custom orders please contact us by emailing pearlssbooking@gmail.com with information listed below 
-Name & contact information 
-Quantity of the order 
-Hat brand/logo (must be MLB hat)
-Hat color
-Hair texture, length & how many bundles you would like added
